Board Member Resigns - Call for Replacement

We are sad to report that Lady M has had to resign from the TES Board of Directors, due to health reasons. We thank her for all her hard work and hope she will be feeling better soon.

As per Article 6.6 in our Bylaws, we handle such Director vacancies, with a temporary appointment until the next September membership meeting. The appointment is made by a majority vote of the current Directors in office.

If you would like to be considered for this appointment, please send an immediate Email to: tes@tes.org, as the bylaws state that we must make our decision by the next board meeting. The only requirement is that you have been a TES member in good standing for one full year and remember, your term will only last for the next 5 months till the September elections.
